We do not accept cash on delivery shipments. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the Buyer.

2. RETURN PROCESS

3.  EXCHANGE

The product may be exchanged for the same model, in a different color, or size. Availability must be confirmed beforehand. The exchange fee is PLN 18.45, and is the responsibility of the Buyer.

4.  REFUND

Refunds will be made within 14 days of our receipt of your withdrawal notice, although this period may be extended until we receive the returned item or you provide proof of shipment. We will refund your payment to the bank account provided in your return or via PayPal.
